Kiu Tai Yu Tribute
This watch is elegant and stands out at the same time. It has a 40 mm stainless steel case and Breguet-style hands.
It is a fitting – yet humble – tribute to the obscure Chinese master watch maker, Mr Kiu Tai Yu, who gained a certain cult status in the 1990s within the watch enthousiast community with his tourbillon watches of bespoke design.
Tribute
In an interview with watch magazine Monochrome Watches Hubert Pellikaan said: ‘That’s the good thing when you’re doing it all by yourself. You’re allowed to do everything you like. And you can even put your name on it.’
It also means you can put the name of someone else on it if you think that person deserves all the attention. And so Hubert made a watch especially for the late obscure Chinese watch maker Kiu Tai Yu.

Horloge Forum Limited Edition GMT
A watch designed in the tradition of Pellikaan-Timing, yet with a very distinctive character of its own. A color that suits summer, but is restrained enough to be worn all year round. Equipped with a GMT function and date, making it an ideal travel and leisure watch. Fitted with a reliable ETA movement, sapphire crystal, and a water-resistant case.
The dial will feature a subtle downward “domed” shape toward the case (think of an Omega pie-pan). The dial colors transition from silver-white to faded Bugatti blue.
The hands are in contrasting black and filled with lume; the GMT hand is dark red, matching the 24-hour scale so they complement each other and form a coherent whole.
In short, a unique watch produced as a one-off piece.
